Refund Policy

⚠️ Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a payment on OmniplexWallet, you fully agree to the terms described below.

1. General Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our products — software licenses, activation keys, and flash transaction services — all sales are considered final upon delivery. Once a license key, activation credential, or flash transaction service has been delivered or initiated, we are generally unable to offer refunds.

This policy exists because our digital products are consumed immediately upon delivery and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request may be considered only in the following strictly limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
  • Non-delivery: You completed payment but never received your license key, activation credentials, or flash transaction service within 24 hours, despite contacting support.
  • Technical non-delivery: A verifiable technical failure on our side prevented delivery of the purchased product.
Important: Refund eligibility must be claimed within 48 hours of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The customer purchased the wrong pack or misunderstood the product features, despite documentation being available.
  • The license key was delivered and activated, even if unused afterward.
  • The flash transaction service was delivered to the provided address.
  • The customer's exchanger is not compatible with direct flash deposits (see the Compatible Exchangers section on our website).
  • The customer attempted to use the software for unauthorized, illegal, or prohibited activities.
  • Network delays, blockchain congestion, or third-party exchanger issues outside our control.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under Section 2, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with the following information:

  • Your order reference or payment transaction ID
  • The email address or Telegram ID used during purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (payment screenshot, error message, etc.)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Cryptocurrency refunds will be sent to the wallet address provided at the time of purchase.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts and revoke all associated licenses in the event of an unauthorized chargeback.

7. Legal Notice

OmniplexWallet Inc. provides commercial software for private, educational, and demonstration purposes only. By purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this refund policy in its entirety. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
