The decision to change our software demo policy was a direct response to unpleasant experiences we have encountered in the past. Unfortunately, thousands of customers have abused our generosity by requesting free demos of our software, only to disappear without any intention of purchasing.
Not only have these demo requests not followed by purchase distorted our lead evaluation process, but in some cases, these customers even received our software for free before disappearing into thin air, leaving our company with costs and wasted efforts.
In order to protect our interests and maintain the viability of our business, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to end free demonstrations. Now, to access our software, our customers must make a financial commitment up front. This new policy ensures that only those who are truly interested in our product will have access to our solutions.
While we regret having to take such action, we firmly believe that doing so will allow us to better serve our loyal customers while protecting our business from abuse and unjustified financial loss. We thank you for your understanding and continued support.
